Dr. Mark Luttenton, GVSU Fisheries Biologist, Speaks at Hot Stove Thursday April 9th


If you are a fan of Trout and the Au Sable River system you don't want to miss this weeks Hot Stove with Mark Luttenton PhD. Mark is Professor of Biology at Grand Valley State University (GVSU) and a researcher with the Robert B. Annis Water Resources Institute (AWRI) and he has been doing some fascinating work in the river including telemetry studies and water quality analysis. He has lots of valuable and interesting information to share and he's fun to talk to!


Hot Stove is a free event and starts at 6 PM at the Lovells Township Hall. We serve coffee and guests are encouraged to bring their own refreshments to enjoy or snacks to share with others. There's only two Hot Stove events left in the 2026 season so be sure to put this on your calendar and join us this Thursday, April 9th and again on April 23rd for our last Hot Stove with Scott Smith DVM.
