If you have ever had a chance to hear Bruce speak, or to talk with him about upland birds, then you would know how passionate and knowledgeable he is about upland birds and their habitats. Bruce is a wildlife biologist with the Michigan DNR and he is also the manager of their GEMS (Grouse Enhanced Management Sites) program.
He will be sharing his knowledge, and his passion, on the subject tomorrow night at Hot Stove and we are all in for a treat! We promise you will not only be engaged by Bruce's talk but you will learn a great deal and leave with not only more knowledge but also more respect and enthusiasm for Northern Michigan's Upland Birds.
Hot Stove happens every other Thursday from January through April in the Lovells Township Hall at 6 PM. It is free to attend and coffee is provided but guests free to bring refreshments to enjoy themselves or treats to share with others. If you can't make it in person Hot Stove is livestreamed on our YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@LovellsHistory.
