And The Winner Is...

Heartfelt thanks to all that came out to join us tonight at our 2nd Annual Fall Upland Dinner. It was a wonderful night thanks to your company and to Lynn Dee Galey from Firelight Birddogs and Scott Smith DVM from the Jim Foote RGS Chapter, our inspiring speakers. The Beaver Stew went fast and the Venison Chili and the rest of the food was fabulous. Thanks to all our friends that prepared something for the table.

The silent auction was a hit, there was something for everyone and some great deals were found for some lucky bidders. Drumroll please....we drew the winning raffle ticket tonight for our handcrafted Bamboo Fly Rod. A huge shout out to everyone that bought a ticket. The odds were great, we only sold 179 tickets but, alas, there can only be one winner.

Bill Gergosky from Lovells, you are the lucky winner. Too bad you couldn't join us tonight but we'll see you on the river soon with a beautiful Cane Rod fashioned on a Paul Young Driggs River design.

What shall we give away next year? If you have any thoughts send us a note. Another rod? A shotgun? We would love to hear your ideas. Meanwhile, thanks again to everyone that come out tonight and helped make our get together something special.
